MONTANA: THE TREASURE STATE

Traveling is great
personal interests because it will make a more open-minded person when it comes
to inter acting with people. It also made it easier to understanding as to why
people act the way they do in their own society and in a society as diverse as
the U.S. It has long been said that travels “broadens the mind”. Now new
evidence proves that jumping on a plane will not only make you smarter, but
more open-minded. When you need to plan a vacation contact me!
HELENA, “Queen City of
the Rockies”
Once a
thriving center of steel production and coal mining, Helena went to sleep for a
period of time after the depression and devastating tornadoes of 1933. But in
recent years, the building of a modern sewage system, newly annexed land west of
the city toward the Cahaba River and beyond, the building of an industrial park
and a huge demand for housing has boosted construction in Helena. Stemming from
the spill-over growth branching southward from Birmingham, the new construction
signals another period of rapid economic and residential growth.
A visitor to Helena
today would probably have no idea that it was once all but written off the map.
One of the most thriving suburban communities in the Birmingham area, Helena is
one of the special communities in Shelby County that exemplifies the American
Dream. A city with history, Helena had its share of dramatic experiences.
A drive around Helena
today is a display of well planned, progressive development that includes some
of the most prestigious and affordable housing in and around Birmingham -
without the hassles.
With the creation of
new restaurants, food markets, retail and specialty shops, the area is quickly
becoming service oriented. The revitalization and restoration of Old Town
Helena is also perking interest from individuals and potential businesses
throughout central Alabama. While a quaint housing development along the banks
of Buck Creek takes residents back to a more laid back period, businesses
located along Main Street provide a relaxed shopping experience.
